“Sous Vide” (French for “under vacuum”) is the best known and certainly the most surprising innovation that has become essential in canteen kitchens. In accordance with the requirements of the rapidly growing market, we have developed and supplied a wide range of cooking bags for use in gastronomy (Sous-Vide process). Our cooking bags are available in two different qualities: Either made from OPA/PP protective film with temperature resistance from -40°C to +121°C, or made from PA/PE with temperature resistance from -40°C up to +115°C. Both types guarantee a high oxygen barrier and excellent material strength. They are designed for optimal sealing in chamber machines.
